We just spent two days in El Chaltén, which claims to be the trekking capital of the world. Fair enough, they have some wonderful hikes here. Yesterday we had some bad luck with the weather and could only catch glimpses of the mountains around us but today we had spectacular views of both Mount Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre. It’s a quite different experience from the hike we did in Ushuia, with well marked tracks and about another thousand happy hikers to share the tracks. Either way, just beautiful.

Almost every meter you get a new unique photo motive. You should have a video drone with you. Unfortunately there is not that much space in the backpacks.
